How we collect, use, and protect your data across our AI services.

Last updated: September 17, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Integrity Advanced Systems ("we", "us", "our") provides enterprise AI infrastructure including Business AI Receptionist (voice/call handling) and Business Process Automation (workflow automation). We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact data — name, email, phone number, company name, and address you provide when requesting a demo, consultation, or service.
  • Call data — audio recordings, transcripts, and metadata from calls handled by our AI receptionist, processed to deliver the service.
  • Business data — knowledge base content, CRM data, appointment schedules, and workflow configurations you connect to our systems.
  • Usage data — system logs, API call volumes, performance metrics, and interaction analytics used for service optimization.
  • Technical data — IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and session information for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver, operate, and maintain our AI services and infrastructure.
  • Process calls, automate workflows, and generate transcripts and analytics on your behalf.
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide customer support.
  • Improve our AI models, conversation quality, and service performance.
  • Send service-related communications, billing notices, and administrative alerts.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and policy violations.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Processing & AI Systems

Our AI systems process call audio and business data in real time to answer calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and automate workflows. Conversation data may be transcribed, analyzed, and stored to improve service accuracy and provide analytics.

We employ enterprise-grade encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal and call data is restricted to authorized personnel with a documented business need. Private deployment options are available for clients with strict data-residency or sovereignty requirements.

4. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted sub-processors who support our service delivery — such as cloud hosting providers, telephony carriers, CRM integration platforms, and AI model providers. All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements and process data solely on our instructions.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our users.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your active service contract, plus a reasonable grace period (default 90 days) for export or retrieval, unless you request earlier deletion. Business data you upload is deleted upon contract termination or upon your written request. Usage and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months for security and audit purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
  • Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent to processing where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@integrityadvancedsystems.com.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, regular security assessments, and staff training. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
